The role involves actively seeking new clients, understanding their shipment needs, providing customer solutions, preparing competitive quotes, negotiating, maintaining, and collaborating with internal team.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales within the freight forwarding industry, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Provide top-notch customer services to a divers clientele, understanding shipping needs, offering quotes, and addressing inquiries promptly.

  • D3/S1 in any major.
  • Ideally 1-2 years in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.
  • Familiarity with shipping and customs procedures, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team, willingness to travel frequently, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

 

Coordinate the loading and unloading of cargo at the ports, oversee the movement of cargo through the port, ensure that cargo is properly handled and stored, prepare and process shipping documentation.

  • D3/S1 in any major
  • Ideally 1-2 years in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office Suites.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team, willingness to travel frequently, and thrive in a fast-faced, demanding environment.
